I started TINDERBOX SEARCH CONSULTANTS to be able to provide a more bespoke and tailored recruitment service to my clients and candidates. I have a unique and unrivalled 24 years of recruitment knowledge and expertise in the INTERIORS and SOFT FURNISHINGS industries. I recruit for a range of mid-senior, senior and leadership positions across retail and contract interiors.

I understand all too well that recruitment is not a one size fits all process and my experience over 24 years has led me to do things a bit differently. I like to work as an effective change agent for all my clients and candidates.
