My recruitment methods under the spotlight
Client for life - working with you now and into the future
Step 1: The Brief
I’ll take a very thorough consultative brief, covering all aspects of your company and the vacancy. I will advise you on areas where I believe compromise may be required and guide you honestly on the current candidate markets and expectations.
Step 2: Candidate Sourcing
All candidates are carefully selected through a number of different sourcing methods such as search (headhunting), networking, database and advertising. I target both active and passive candidates to ensure no stone is left unturned. I follow a rigorous review process of the candidates’s previous and current work and then provide an in-depth and un-biased assessment of their core capabilities & skills.
Step 3: CV Submission
All candidates are carefully selected through a number of different sourcing methods such as search (headhunting), networking, database and advertising. I target both active and passive candidates to ensure no stone is left unturned. I follow a rigorous review process of the candidates’s previous and current work and then provide an in-depth and un-biased assessment of their core capabilities & skills.
Step 4: Shortlist and Interview
Once the candidate shortlist has been agreed I will help you manage the interview process from start to finish. I will take detailed feedback for both parties.
Step 5: Job Offer
The process of making a job offer requires time, effort and a great deal of co-ordination and care. At this final stage the candidate should be thinking “I want this job”, but it is my role to facilitate the acceptance of the offer.
Step 6: Resignation
Resignation presents one of the greatest risks in the search process. I coach my candidates very carefully through this process whilst managing the expectatios of the hiring manager.
Step 7: Onboarding
There is no second chance to make a first impression. I will work closely with you and the candidate to ensure a seamless and well-organised onboarding experience.
