I know what works and what doesn’t within a CV. I will help in anyway I can with advice on your CV layout and content.

Job matching

I will never waste your time. I will always discuss every aspect of the job with you, honestly. Your CV details are only sent to my client once I have your agreement to do so. I only present a small handful of carefully selected candidates to my client and so your CV details are never sent just to make up the numbers.

Candidate led marketing

I have exceptional knowledge of my specialist markets so I am able to put together an effective job marketing strategy on your behalf. This is done confidentially and only with your prior agreement.

Interview & feedback

All details of the pre & post interview process is managed for you in fine detail. Most importantly I am committed to always giving timely and honest feedback.

The job offer

I will act on your behalf to receive and negotiate the job offer, insuring that the very best outcome is achieved for both parties.

Resignation & notice

An important but often difficult part of the process is handing in your resignation. I am here to help you every step of the way and will keep in regular contact with you during your notice period.

Onboarding

It is an exciting but nerve racking time when you start your new job. It often helps to have a friendly voice to chat to whilst you settle in. I am always at the other end of the phone, happy to chat.
